mission statement

“GolfClubs4Kids” is a non-profit organization whose long-term mission is to promote the game of golf through young golfers. With a small variety of industry sponsors, Bob Burns Golf and other organizations and individuals will donate new and used golf equipment, training aids, accessories and other golf items to qualified and deserving young people (both current and future golfers), to create an awareness and appreciation of golf while maintaining the integrity of the sport. In addition, the goal and vision of “GolfClubs4Kids” is to educate and promote golf through junior golf camps, after-school programs, weekend seminars, and programs for disabled and handicapped children. “GolfClubs4Kids” aims to provide an opportunity to teach life-long lessons through the fundamentals of golf.

With the help of your donation, “GolfClubs4Kids” will be able to meet its goal of providing activities and programs nationwide, to the benefit of young golfers across America.

“GolfClubs4Kids” is committed to working in a partnership with the field of education, and meeting the needs of teachers, including those involved in physical education classes, after-school programs, and boys’ and girls’ golf teams.

“Clubs4Schools” was developed so that the game of golf, its traditions, practices and etiquette can be delivered to schools by teachers and third-party golf instructors, both within and outside the school environment.
